So the institutional holdings are trickling in and so far they are very interesting. It seems to me that as the market dynamics are forcing retail shareholders to sell some of their shares. I believe that Warren Buffett says that this is wall streets way of transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient.

If you look at the pink highlighted institutions in the link above you will find that most of these are very small holders who also has been shaken out of their stock and sold all their shares. Again very small holders. Retail is not alone.

Looking at the green highlighted ones, they are the new holder who are stealing shares from you. If you start at the end of March you will see Invesco Biotech and Genome ETF as a new tute with just about 400K shares. I wonder what they know. Alps Medical Breakthrough ETF added 84K shares. IBB added 574K shares as a new holder. There are several others but remember most will show up by May 15th.

Looking at all the others ( non highlighted tutes ). It seems to me that most of the top 20 are adding. Blackrock has added 18% 5.2M shares, Geode Cap up 8.28% 1.3M shares , NT up 3.46% to 706K shares, Susquehanna up 11% to 544K shares.

Vanguard and State Street sold out 3.75% and 7.96% respectively but still hold huge positions. Both still have 3.8M shares.

It will be interesting to see what we see on May 15th but to me the trend is our friend. I am hoping we get to at least 40% tutes soon. That will be a huge sign. Lets see what happens By this time next week.
