We gave them legitimacy through an FDA approved product. IMO , that was a priceless gift. KT was running afoul with the FDA over their advertising claims with their products. We gave them a product that for all intents and purposes that looks as though it’s their product not BIEL’s. We were sent abroad because we wouldn’t change our labeling. We could have sold our products in the U.S. from the get go had we made a change. We chose to fight the Goliath FDA without a stone or sling shot, and paid a huge price for our efforts. In the Sports and Medical World it’s all about legitimacy. KT got that through our product along with the U.S. Market, for pennies on the dollar. It’s like getting a Super Star player added to your team, that makes the whole team appear better. We had the upper hand and didn’t play it. Respectfully, this is just my humble opinion. GLTY
