The SEC doesn't classify a Shell company that way. Based upon the filings it is in line with the SEC's definition of NOT being a Shell. As strict as the OTC is with officers within a Public Company, I highly doubt the information you've read is accurate. The internet is full of crap news with no factual basis. I am waiting for the rocket to take off! This company has been a Shell forever UNTIL now and this is the most news I have seen with this company in 12 years.
