From what I've read in the filings this company was a shell forever and still is.While the company feels that capital in the bank should negate the shell status,capital in the bank does not define a company with ongoing operations or the opposite of a shell company.The president of the US uses shell company's to help sheild dollars from IRS .The company says they have 11 employees,from what I read one of the officers is very connected to a scammy outfit that bankrupted pubic company's using convertible notes among other tools of the trade
