A random thought, (or just ranting...)

Obviously Virtra was ill prepared to start the implementation of a ERP accountancy system. Just maybe it was a prior condition in order to be acquired by a big player?

Both John Givens and Richard Brake (our man in Orlando) were (are?) involved with Bohemia Interactive Simulations (bisimulations.com), based in Orlando.

Two months ago Bisimulations was acquired by BAE systems for $200m, and is now a fully owned subsidiary.
