Imo, you will not see an increase in the pps of COOP? because of the Judge signed release. Do you remember Eclipse, The $2.75 billion Loan Agreement, to buy the outstanding equities from the Equity holders, to be paid in cash and stock? Imo, was the reason COOP pps was kept down, due to the expected future increase of the outstanding shares by the WMIH 416,300,000/12 new shares.
