Richard Michael, President/Director
Mr. Michael received his BS in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1972, and his JD from Northwest University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 1975. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas, Louisiana and Illinois. Mr. Michael has extensive experience in the legal and business areas in the oil and gas industry.
Ron Allen, Vice President/Director
Mr. Allen has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been a consultant to several successful independent oil companies in Louisiana, east Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast. Mr. Allen has held varying positions in the industry, ranging from Drilling Superintendent to Production Manager.
Mr. Allen has extensive experience in the evaluation in leasing prospects, including drilling programs, AFE’s, contracts, and the acquisition of drilling. He has also been responsible for log interpretation of production facilities, including overseeing contract field personnel.. He has deginged workover programs for wells ranging in depths from 9,000 to 16,000 feet, including H2S drilling and production

Walter Watts III, Head of Engineering
Mr. Watts has over 20 years experience in the management and operation of domestic oil and gas properties. He has supervised drilling, completions, workovers and operations of hundreds of wells. Mr. Watts is an Expert Witness before the Texas Railroad Commission, Oklahoma Corporation Commission and Louisiana Conservation Commission
