The market doesn't know anything but what Adam Feuerstein and the shorts have been saying for days. Since the presentation was to a very narrow group of people who likely have not even or barely left the room, no one will really know what really took place for hours or a few days.

In the meantime, those who have a stake in the stock that is in danger, given the successful results, will be spreading misinformation and disinformation, as they have for days. Adam Feuerstein told everyone for days that no TLD would be released. He was wrong and lied, apparently, but that did not stop him.

People need to know that he lied and that he likely is still lying. But until they realize that, the market will do what the market does and react to rumor and misinformation and anything that seems definite, on impulse, rather than on solid information.

It is easier to spread fear than confidence.
