Much like used car salesmen, lawyers have a well deserved reputation as being in general dishonest. I am certain that there are on or maybe a few honest used car salesmen and possibly even a couple honest layers but as a general rule used car salesmen and lawyers have a reputation of being dishonest.

I am certain that most people in the audience think of lawyers as being dishonest.

"Let's kill all the lawyers" is a line from William Shakespeare's Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene 2. The full quote is "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers"

For hundreds of years there has been a general hatred on average for lawyers and there still is today. BUT that does mean that we should kill lawyers, we need to teach lawyers in law schools to be honest NOT dishonest. Why aren't the lawyers sworn in in court to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
