FDIC and BBA will continue to have a dog-fight till the Judge comes down with the hammer. FDIC wants a big money tag for something that they screwed up when they took over a solvent bank. There is no way FDIC will get a 400 Billion out of this London LIBOR case.

Judge Buchwald hasn't responded to FDIC letter yet but we're now seen BBA responding to the FDIC addressed letter so that tells me this filing has to do with the put-on-hold $400+ billion big LIBOR claim in London.

To refresh everyone's mind, late last year FDIC has asked London court to put the $400+ billion LIBOR case on hold till they file new claims in the US. BBA's attorney objected to the hold-up but if you recall FDIC bold statement there might not be even a case by end of this year. That statement alone confirms FDIC beliefs..........things are being wrapped up this year.

This is going to be a dog fight over this $400 billion. Now FDIC responded to BBA response while Judge Buchwald hasn't responded to neither of them yet. I don't expect this to go on for long so the rejection hammer will come down soon.
