My take from the survey of shareholders

1. salary and cash bonus aren't an issue.

2. mountains of supercheap low strike price options not tied to any real achievement that would move the company forward definitely are unpopular with the shareholder base.

The options should be tied to day after Alz readout of data, day after NDA filed, and day after 273 get approved.

no gimmees.
