Provided AMRN can reduce its net loss ( $31m in Q1 ) by reducing its API purchases agreements

API purchases agreements have no effect on net loss ( $31m in Q1 / P&L) other than - as one element - affect the the average cost of the "goods" but it is a "rounding difference". AMRN can reduce its cash-outflow (net -99 m in Q1 / Balance Sheet) by reducing its API purchases agreements.
