I am somewhat dismayed that Ossa was not asked why he did not appear in the hearings where he was served a summons and where were his whereabouts during that time.
Readers of this board know full well what he did and where he went to hide from the inquiries that would eventually take him to lockup.
He was in Brazil poling and peeling with four pros out of Montreal who have given testimony that Angelina (Felipe) was involved in a big constructed fraud case in Chile involving Barrick.
"The absolvent will state if it is true with respect to the trial of which he issued his report in his AFFIDAVIT, that is, the trial Rol C 3784-2016 of the 18th Civil Court of Santiago, he was notified repeatedly through a judicial receiver to testify as a witness, taking into account the legal knowledge he had of said trial, and did not do so even though an arrest warrant was issued through the Carabineros of Chile. In the event he does not remember the alluded to trial was the subject of his AFFIDAVIT, I will exhibit these documents that realize that. In the event he does not remember or he is not aware of his repeated failures to appear before the 18th Civil Court of Santiago as a witness and where an arrest warrant was issued through the Carabineros of Chile, I will exhibit copies of the proceedings, of the resolutions and the arrest warrant that was issued and the diligence of the Carabineros, without success, in the trial Rol C 3784-2016 of the 18th Civil Court of Santiago. Then, he will respond.
R. There was indeed a summons, which I was unable to appear and even called the Court to excuse myself, and obviously, there had to have been subsequent summons of which I was not aware, which culminated in the arrest warrant of which I became aware a long time later. *
