You haven’t seen many contracts. A change of control provision is absolutely standard when doing a transaction. It doesn’t mean that an asset purchase becomes and equity purchase! Hahahahahaahahahahaa!!!!!

There was no change of control of Bioamber.

If there was, it would have been announced. Obviously.
