Yep LCYB acquired the plant, land, all the IP, patents, trademarks, trade name and everything else of value.

Lcy took possession of the shares at their own risk when they took control of Bioamber inc and its shares. Just like the terms stated. What will do they with cusip? I mean they do want to go public. They even keep saying they are a public limited company in their ip filings. I do appreciate your “take” on things but at this point it’s pretty clear shares were suspended and not cancelled for a reason. They had the ability to cancel in the terms as well but shit they didn’t.
