PMPG had an understanding with Ennis Flint.

PMPG management were positive with a signed agreement with Ennis Flint funding was secured.

PPG comes in and buys Ennis Flint

The PMPG and Ennis Flint never materializes..

With no Ennis Flint agreement in place funding become unavailable.

PMPG approaches PPG after the PPG purchase of Ennis Flint.

PPG is interested but not as a equatable partner.

PPG would only partner with PMPG if PPG takes over ownership.

PMPG management did not want to be taken over and walked away.

PMPG is now left alone to raise capital and provide "proof pf concept"
