But what might be nothing to a firm like Fidelity could be huge for a company like Sonasoft.. and a catalyst in and of itself. (depending on the size of the settlement)

I wonder if the actual amount of the "significant" compensation payment will be in the annual report (If it ever comes!) since it sounds like the deal ended in December... ?

We shall see & all IMO only.
