you mentioned you don't think there will be a buyout. Can I ask your thoughts on why you think that?


(i) current pps (market cap / MC) does not affect valuation. e.g. if valuation say $200M but MC is $500M the "buyer" will not offer MC+x%
(ii) it's never happened, meanwhile more than 3 years past R-IT
(iii) did not happened by EU approval

I am sure, potential buyers analyzed Vascepa, made a calculation ... and did not submit an official offer.
