I totally oppose a lawsuit against the company it will not do a thing for the share price. The shareholders will not benefit financially from a lawsuit that will go on for years. The company has D&O Ins. The derivative lawsuit will not financially hurt the BOD or anyone in management. It's an effort in futility. Forget a class action as well, shareholders only receive a small percentage of the proceeds. The legal fees take up most of the proceeds. They get paid before the shareholders. There is no easy solution for the current state of the company's situation with the generics rapidly eroding amarin's market share.
