Don't want this to be a self-pity or blame game post, but was laying in bed this morning thinking about a lot of things. It is hard to believe all the things that have befallen us Amarin investors over the more than one decade that I have been here.

Have to say that most could recognize that after the Du decision the company trajectory in terms of the business was going to and did begin to lose altitude. Most would have recognized that many things were getting worse. EU acceptance and reimbursement as slow as molasses, and we had to know that the company would start to bleed money as we could see scripts stagnate and then fall with the company having no plan to deal with any of it.

I say all that because I wonder how many (maybe only a few of us) would have thrown in the towel in the last year or so, and not put more money after bad. But then along comes Denner (almost a year now since his first purchase). I can't speak for others, but I know for me, that lifted my spirits, but even more so increased my confidence that holding or even buying more would make sense to try to restore at least some of the losses.

Now, I am beginning to wonder if Denner coming along was another in a long line of unbelievably unlucky occurrences for us. Throwing in the towel 6 months ago would have meant not having our position cut by 2/3 by now. But when seeing Denner step in, not only did I buy more along the way, but damn I even sent some articles about his entry (and of course the statement about how undervalued Amarin was) to family and some friends so that they might do the same. Now we are talking about the outside (way outside) possibility of getting up to 7 or 8 in 3 years.

A number of posters have suggested that as soon as they hear that Denner sells out, then they will sell as well. What is the point at $1.30? Too late. At a little over a buck the market is pricing in bankruptcy, dilution, etc., so again I will hang in there but damn we need something.
