Thanks, invest. I am single-mindedly focused on filing a top quality Petition for Certiorari, to really give the Court something to think about in correcting the complete institutional failure of the court system which allowed this debacle to happen.

It's one thing for the other side to cheat. It's one thing for Amarin to be grossly negligent. It's another for the court system, the neutral arbiters of justice, the proverbial umpires in the ballgame, to do nothing and allow it all to happen. In one week, we will be asking the highest court in the land to correct this institutional failure.

After that is filed, it is on to my multi-faceted litigation plan focused on justice, accountability, and restitution. Anyone who suffered more than six-figures in losses as a result of 3/30/2020 (With the losses measured as what your account was worth immediately prior to the Du decision in comparison with what your account was worth immediately after the Du decision). I have room for 40 or so more plaintiffs.

Anyone with less than six-figure losses can still help by signing on to the upcoming derivative actions, for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty damages as a result of 3/30/2020. I am likewise exploring a derivative case to remove the Board, and replace the entire management with Denner and his designees.
