RMB Germany will want a lower price because of the size of their market .
More importantly… Their Health Budget is in deficit and because of the higher energy costs they now deal with … the country will probably go into a pretty bad recession .

Germany has committed to a defense and energy ( LNG terminals etc ) buildout out .
They will make cuts elsewhere in their budget .
