As long as pharmacies auto default to generics in the US

Do you think the full price of the generics (100% out of pocket) is lower the the covered V price?

If I read correctly 45%* of the US has to pay full price for the generic (not covered) meanwhile V is Tiered.

* Pls note: I am not sure that the 45% is about the patients or the number of the plans.
