As U know the pricing in the UK / EU will be determined for most patients by govt agencies ...vs the US which seems to be determined by PBM's ( Pharmacy benefit managers )

It is a different and more complex (e.g. pricing vs goverment reimursement) than my question ... Let me rephrase:
You:

The UK / EU will demand AMRN lower their WAC cost to gain access to these markets

My question:
A.) The UK / EU will demand AMRN lower their WAC cost than the US WAC cost
or
B.) The UK / [the rest of the] EU will demand AMRN lower their WAC cost than the Sweden WAC cost

A or B?
