Thanks Cap. Problem is that with 3 generics now in the market, total GV vs total V scripts are converging faster. At some point total GV scripts will exceed V and the trajectory will continue into a divergence in Generics favor. Forget infringement, just as with patent rights, those in authority don’t give a crap.
