As annoying as it is to keep waiting without any company communication and to see these silly little games occur, I like to see this dumb activity. Indicates that it's not just sitting totally dormant.

All stocks move in highly orchestrated campaigns. This is especially true with the OTC where it is far easier for insiders and their associates to "control" the shares.

CRGP has been in an extended accumulation stage. The longer the accumulation, the bigger the "mark up" when the time is right.
