My stamp order was cancelled. I'm really sad.

Dear XXXXXXX
We are very sorry, but we have to cancel your order and refund your payment. Our Kharkiv department employees who were packing and preparing all orders to ship found their warehouse destroyed today's morning because of missile attack on Sunday. We are in real despair, as now we are not able to ship the orders, we have lost all our money as these stamps costed a lot. Please don't be angry on me as no one will be happy in my shoes. I hope you will understand this situation.
The photo of their warehouse this morning is attached. Missile attack was at night and thanks God there was no one.
