He used to be in a business years ago with Marc Indeglia (Margaret's Attorney in the GM Judgement case)

Go to Opencorporates.com and search those officers names. I think it was "Babcock Enterprises."

I know you've searched Adam Engel in Cali too. Same guy...imo.

That's what makes this interesting to me, that Indeglia and Engel know each other. It's my presumption that they are working to help Margaret and CUBV, but what do I know. So far, shareholders are gripping, me included.
