No sales, no revenue (yet) and declared to not be shell, by virtue of the Technology/IP they merged into the shell This is huge folks. Also no debt.
CE might vanish a lot faster than I thought. If they ask that it be removed. My guess is they might be ready, or will be sooner rather than later... They still may have some stuff they want to do before they ask that the CE go poof (I am patient as I did my DD), but at least there is no doubt left now. I give it 50/50 odds now the CE goes poof this month...
At this point, IMO, the stock is / will be pink current this week and safe.
The letter even tells broker/dealers it safe to quote the stock now.
