The MC is where it is for a reason. Their product will never sell.

The reason for the R/S is because the price is so low DTII cannot raise anymore money. Toxic financiers will not buy anymore shares since the margin does not pay for them.They won't be able to sell them on the open market.

But at a price of .45, then the Toxic financiers can buy at .25 (shares are always sold at a steep discount when a penny stock sells to a toxic financier) and they sell them at .40 on the open market.

DTII needs to sell shares to pay themselves.

Watch how fast they issue new shares after the split.
