Not quite in La La Land!
I do not think there will be a May 18th in BC courts. Likely for several reasons.
Better to make plans for the disposal of your remains, as I have, than to wait on this.

There is absolutely no credibility on any forward movement on this story unless it gets a reason to get out somewhere with a completely arms length entity with other sources.
