Yes,the OS should increase anytime shares are moved there from the AS when reported on OTC Markets. They can become restricted shares but they are still outstanding. Funny how the share structure for PBHG hasn't been updated in almost a month,while most tickers are NOW doing it weekly and some almost daily.

Now about six weeks since Edwad filed the Annual and no Attorney letter to be found. This ticker will get a Grace Period icon too. Eddie still thinks this is 2013 and he will file when he feels like it. All these Eddie tickers are going to the Gray sheets and then a possible revoke if he doesn't get current and stay current.
