OTC and the Transfer agent says 11 BILLION...NOT 5!!! Are they lying?

The Transfer agent says the O/S is 6.285 BILLION...impossible if the A/S were only 5 billion. Is that not right?

Is it not possible for an O/S to increase at ANY TIME ...or is that only possible if and when management issues a quarterly disclosure?

Q1 2022 is due on 5/15/22... 12 days from today. If Eddie actually does file it his choice is to either be truthful about the share structure or lie about it.
