If his compensation were tied to him getting something approved, you would see an entirely different company....this thing has been going on now for 6 years with him at the helm. There is one biotech expert who has said if a baby bio does not have something approved by year 6, the odds are it never will. Missiling's compensation "package" (* love that word, so aristocratic, as if you are hiring Hillary herself and all her retinue), ...is wildly wrong, but that makes him no different and this situation no different than 200 other baby biotechs....I have had contractors work for me, and if the project is budgeted by the hour, they take forever, and forever and forever. If it contracted by the job, finishing it, they get done in about 30 percent of the time...and it is done right
..It is a corrupted industry, compensated and hooked together and getting endless money from the central socialist medical system. If these jokers had to earn their pay, just like the doctors, daily and continuously like robots for money, money for nothings and their kicks for free getting "reimbursed" by health care socialism programs, which they own, you would see a dramatically difference performance level. Once you entitle somebody to continuous comfortable endless money, their production falls off a cliff. They just play out the string, day in day out. Give missling half his salary and tell him that is it, we pay by the job, you are not a salaried guy, you are not an hourly worker, we pay by the job. You get the back half provided you achieve these goals, by these dates. missling would have a heart attack as would all the other doctors and ceos. They would all go apeshit, these comfy zeros.
Is there anything easier than life than to have some old lady or clueless person come in to see you, complain to you, then you give them a sheet of paper and tell them to go on their way, and put in a "reimbursement" for 200 bucks? What a candy azz spoiled brat profession..........Missiling and the BOD need to go. This is a real circle jerk, but he is no different than the others. An entire corrupted thing, in an entire corrupted industry, which in 2 or 3 or 4 years will have an FDA application before an entirely corrupted FDA panel owned by Big Pharma, which will probably say, all of this data is very suggestive, but we prefer that you run another trial before we make a decision......
.this is a pretend investment. A speculation, of what you hope might come to pass. Better off taking a shot at the casino with your retirement......put it all on black or red, and be done with it, but at least you know you have almost half a chance of winning.........this whole medical pharma industry reeks of corruption. \
this sector is gonna get massacred between now and year out, like the rest of the equities, and the reason is obvious: this is a ponzi, money pushing money pushing more money, but soon this money train is gonna stop. The Panic in Needle Park, a terrific novel I highly recommend.
