IMO......it looks like the put options in the 40 to 44 strike might just be a "perpetual" play....I just can't see the stock moving below that range with such a low O/S share structure with so many held by institutions... housing has changed where there is more money chasing fewer inventory...so, it could be selling puts in this range could be a moneymaker for a long time as the stock moves up...Lodas
