To me this lays the groundwork for news and shareprice appreciation. Sorry, but it makes no difference if it is pre-revenue or not - it is the way it works. Even if it is by committee or a toss of a coin, the coin's gonna drop the way they call it.

Seen it with IDCC, OLED, MVIS, and I have seen it in just about any company I have ever invested inl that management has alot of stock in place to benefit. That goes for positive news, or a buyout, whatever.

So, I view it as laying the groundwork for big news.

This company managed their finances very prudently historically. So if you view that historic discipline through the lens of this grant, it really can only be viewed positively.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I have zero frustration with it, as it is no at all extraordinary, or deviating from what I have seen over the years - it actually falls in line exactly with what I have seen.

Does anyone in their right mind think management wants to see the bottom fall out of the value of those shares?
