"Weir and others who watch the monthly data keep saying the banks keep trading paper silver amongst themselves to keep prices flat. What purpose could that serve? If paper silver controls physical silver who is the beneficiary? Paper shorts or those going long in physical?"


How do they make money doing that ? Also, there has to be a price it can't go too low or they stop production. I figure the amount of silver supplied to the big consumers is what is key, where is equilibrium with them ? Those are the ones who will make the most difference.
