I thought silver would bounce from the high 23 mark. We'll see. Weir and others who watch the monthly data keep saying the banks keep trading paper silver amongst themselves to keep prices flat. What purpose could that serve? If paper silver controls physical silver who is the beneficiary? Paper shorts or those going long in physical?
