As with any good study there needs to be a comparison group -- how do these results compare to the typical avenues for the same group or same type of group of people that participated?

Verb has always been long on big claims and short on the details that investors need to make informed decisions. The past claims for amazing conversion rates, etc.. obviously were highly misleading as evidenced by the lack of adoption, the dropping out of prior (excited) partners, etc...

I would think people searching for opening day tickets would be HIGHLY motivated to get them no matter what avenue is available to them. The details aren't there to make a judgement one way or the other, but based on their history I am skeptical about this one too until PROVEN otherwise.
