It means that most everyone is expecting a buyout to occur. They are currently drilling the 4th hole of 8 to see exactly how much gold we are sitting on. The intent is to prove that there is around 10M oz Au and then entertain offers for buyout. Market cap here is crazy low for the results they’ve gotten after only 2 holes. Six more results pending.
