What would be really helpful if someone could explain the share structure better. From what I thought I understood, now that the deal has gone through our shares have no ties to the physical asset anymore, we just own shares in the company that sold to Amani consulting. So is it true that if Barrick buys the property, Amani Consulting would get the money, not any of us shareholders in Amani Gold Ltd.? Could someone please help us and explain to us what our options are? Thank you!

@Amani_Gold has been terribly managed. Nothing more than a greedy theft of cash for those on the board. The departure of Klaus Eckhoff left us speechless. Amani is sitting on over 4mill oz of gold & have done absolutely nothing to benefit the shareholders.

“As your shares are held under a US brokerage you will not have access to your SRN/HIN.

Your shareholding will be held under an Australian nominee or Custodian such as Citcorp, Merryll Lynch etc.

The Registry can only see the holding in the name of the nominee and not the underlying beneficiaries.

As regards your eligibility to vote I can only suggest you contact your broker or Amani Gold directly to find out the method for US shareholders to lodge their vote.

You cannot vote online if you do not have an HIN/SRN number. This information is nowhere to be found. I think everyone should email Amani requesting the HIN/SRN number

Looks like time has run out on buyout deal. Thank God. That was such a lowball offer. Time for Barrick to swoop in here and add this to their portfolio. Hopefully a feasibility study has been completed. They’ll need that to expedite any deal.

I sold out in August of 2021 with a small profit. I have watched Amani every month to verify my decision. I am considering buying back in next month about week 3. I have a good feeling with world events and the non start of CBDC's. I think they are useless. Gold over 10K soon tells me the miners will do great!
