More importantly is the trend for the last 6 weeks, which is flat on sometimes very heavy volume. Some entity has been a steady buyer of the new shares introduced into the market, probably prearranged. Very bullish to me since many of those days have been green. PPS goes down during dilution; it does not behave like we are seeing. Approximately 200 MM shares have been bought in the mid to high 60's range. Patience here will be rewarded big time.
