This, and the lack of required financial filings pretty much closes the door on the last "wish and hope" of DECN investors. I always say wishing and hoping is not a successful investment strategy.

The last straw in the wishing and hoping DECN bag was, "but the diabetes business still exists and has to be worth something". Between the lack of quarter financials filing, weeks after the extension, and the lack of any market where the DECN 4th rate products are sold, this SHOULD tell everyone what they need to know about the diabetes "business".

How is this stock price not lower? Easy, I'd wager most DECN shareholders have not seen, or fail to understand the two facts posted above.

The last factor, yet to be seen, are fines against the company, either in the case against Berman or the SEC case against the company. Yes, the worst is yet to come.
