You can't have a corporation cease corporate operations because one guy with pre-existing medical ailments has medical ailments.

Well from my quick internet search it appears that all DECN diabetes supplies (from Pharmatech, Full circle, etc.) are listed as 'sold out'.

I would infer that Keith hasn't paid the Bio Co and they have stopped shipping him! Therefore sales will be $0

Of course the overdue FY accounts (such that these would be in any way remotely credible) means that this can only be inferred from the inability to buy anything DECN purported to produce.

I am going to stick my neck out and say they have ceased trading!
