Who defines fair and reasonable? The bankruptcy process, not a handful of deleted escrows.

To pretend otherwise, well, is simply another fantasy failure added to the long long list.

In chapter 11s, 99% of the time, common equity gets absolutely nothing. In the world of bankruptcy, it's fair and reasonable to get shares in the newco. Fact.

Old wamu, won't see another dime or share. Fact. Every level of authority states the same.
