Why is appreciable buying lacking?…

…as evidenced by the persistent and nil Daily Volume, and the year+ slide from .008+ to .0008…

…in contrast with the 5 FDA clearances, ever-increasing OEM partners, a seemingly unending list of distributors worldwide, and much more…

…you’ll likely find two sides of the coin for any viewpoint put forth…

What one may see as the company needing more time to blossom, another may see it as too much time has lapsed, and avoid.

What one may offer by way of achievements as proof of success, another may see it as just one cog in the wheel - the rising and sustained PPS/Volume cogs missing, and avoid.

What one might offer as manipulation and/or shorting and/or naked shorting as an explanation for the paltry and range-bound PPS through no fault of the company, others will see it as an additional barrier to making money, and avoid.

What one may see as silence is golden - for whatever reason, others might not accept, and avoid.

What some may see as RecoveryRx being the key to moving forward PPS/Volume-wise, and possibly gaining Standard of Care status, others will wonder why the current collective incredible achievements have not sustained us at this time, and for quite some time, and will avoid.

That’s just a few…

here’s what’s happening…

For a rising and sustained PPS/Volume, BIEL needs buyers more than buyers need BIEL. Appreciable and sustained buying, by current and/or potential investors, has not been evident for quite some time.

There is more to be done.
