Thanks for reaffirming my point, highlighting that EXCELLENCE trial reads out near Dec 2022. If we filed for Rett adult ~ July of this year we’d be hearing back right around that time (6-7 months), or into Q1 2023 at the latest. They’d be summarizing EXCELLENCE through Q1 2023 (if it reads out Dec), regardless of path.

This is my entire point…July submission for adult…6-7 months for response…right around when EXCELLENCE reads-out, as you’ve stated…we’re either responding to the CRL with EXCELLENCE data or adding pediatric patients to the rolling submission. There is little risk in going for it via rolling submission at this point.
