Why couldn't Richman Chemical unabled to scale chs for mass production?

Need to wait for the transcript as some of what I heard is already fuzzy but pretty certain Kappers said Richman immediately was delayed on account of a certain chemical that was unavailable. Sounded as if it wasn't a particularly difficult item to source normally but the supply chain disruptions are real, I know the company I work for is struggling to find sources for certain components required for the machinery we manufacture.
Again the transcript will be needed but a question I had asked is whether the partnership with Theion is still in force. Simple question that I didn't hear the answer to, though a good chunk of the presentation was spent discussing Theion. Think I heard Kappers use the term "anode agnostic" for Theion. They will have to have an anode, just like Coretec is going to have to have a cathode. The advantages of Theion's sulfur cathode are enormous, but perhaps Coretec has no intention of utilizing it in their battery design and the relationship is dead.
