Next event may be either the 1st quarter financials in 2 weeks and the required by the end of May, 2022 Nevada SOS annual list of officers and directors, at which time, if a real Bio-Tech CEO is taking over, would be a good time for Pasa-whoever to turn it over. He is obviously a placeholder for Hovis.
Might Hovis recover and take over again? I kind of doubt, he will take over again. But that is not 100% certain.
For now, I am content that the website is live again, and the filings are current, and the only hold up is the CE now, as far as trading or being able to buy more shares.
Will we see fireworks in days, or weeks, no clue. But I am 100% sure the pandemic held this company back the last 2 years, in more ways than one... Stay tuned for why...
For now, the company is safe, and just waiting for a long list of serious, major Business people that are insider bagholders, since 2013, of the Private R&D Biotech that is now 100% NDTP, the new company, waiting for them to show us the rest of the story.
