As for TWTR it is still trading below his offer price by over $4.00 so the market doesn't think it's a done deal. He just sold $8.4B worth of TSLA to do the TWTR deal but he still needs help in the financing.

And least you forget he has Asperger's syndrome which could explain his behavior. I really think he is over extending himself. But there is a fine line between genius and madness. We'll need more popcorn.
